Prices / Spaces
This tab comprises of two areas. On the left you can enter data for the prices and on the right for the surfaces. The content as well as fields provided here are determined by the data of the type of distribution and usage that you have provided on the card basic data. First all data is shown that has been released for the respective category. So for example the field purchase price is not displayed for a rental property.
In administration 
you are able to determine which field is to be shown in what category. In the input fields such as "Price or square meter data" it is required to use numbers. Furthermore it is necessary to separate the decimal place with a dot and not a comma. Forego potential thousands separators.
Also it is not permitted to use currency symbols or size details in this field. Fields which are marked with a * are mandatory fields. These must be filled out in order for the different portals to accept the property.

Deposit
As the portal interface defines the field deposit differently it is necessary to consider following:
- for Immobilienscout the text can be entered here, e.g. 2 months rent
- for all other portals it is necessary to add a figure
In order to resolve this problem with a single entry the text input is converted into a figure. If you for example enter "2 KM" then the 2 months rent are converted into a Euro amount, so 2 * rent. If you have entered "900€" then the Euro symbol is removed during export.
Price on request
If you don't want to transmit purchase price to the portals but instead the note "Price on request" then you just need to enter for the purchase price the number "0". Should the property then be transmitted to the portals then the system will transmit 0 as the purchase price and in most portals "Price on request" will be shown.
Note: This applies to most large portals. Unfortunately we are not able to guarantee that all included portals will display "Price on request" and may alternatively just show the figure 0.
