Mass update properties

With mass update you are able to transfer an entire group of properties for export to a portal. It is also possible to collectively activate photos for a later export to a portal. The changes that you undertake with mass update apply for the respective filtered property stock.
 
Select under:
 
Actions > Property-Actions > Mass update

Reserve property stock for export to a portal

Select on the tab portals the desired portal(s) and determine whether you would like to reserve the properties on or offline. In addition to this you can make settings for your photos. By clicking the button "Update" following is initiated:
 
All properties that are not reserved on the tab "Marketing" for export to the chosen portal a tick are placed.
 
Please note that a mass update does not mean a transfer has been made to the portal. With this properties are merely reserved for transfer. Only after the subsequent complete matching are the properties transferred.
 
In the following example you can see how the status of the property changes in marketing after a mass update and subsequent complete matching.

Link contact person with several properties

With mass update it is possible with just a couple of clicks to assign the filtered property stock to a new contact. First filter all properties with the old contact and then call up mass update.

On the tab contact all available contacts are listed. That is all address data records that have been activated under contact type "Broker". Select the desired data record and click on "Overwrite".
 
The contact of all filtered properties can be overwritten here. Warning: It is NOT possible to reset back to the old values.

Overwrite advisor settings

With this function you have the option to replace the advisor in the previously filtered address data records.

OutlookSync – Overwrite setting 

Here all (filtered) address data records collected for OutlookSync can be activated or deactivated.

Contact type – Update setting

With this function you can add for all (filtered) addresses a contact type. It is also possible to remove collected existing entries.
